How We Turn a Quarry Block Into Your Finished Granite Project
Seven controlled steps take your order from enquiry to a sealed container. Because we own the quarry, we can hold a colour batch from the moment we pick the block all the way through to loading.
ENQUIRY & CONSULTATION
Send us your drawings, quantities, required thickness, surface finish and destination port. Our export team reviews feasibility and replies with a detailed quotation within 24 hours — including the granite grade we recommend for your application.
Block Selection
Blocks are chosen from our own quarry — Golden Granite G682 in Wushan Town, plus White Grain Granite G603. Each block is photographed, numbered and reserved against your order, which is how we keep colour consistent across a whole shipment.
Cutting & Profiling
Gangsaw and infrared machines cut your slabs and cut-to-size panels to ±1 mm tolerance. Steps, kerbs, columns, architraves and other profiles are produced to your shop drawings in the same batch.

G682 Golden Granite and G603 White Grain Granite are produced directly from our own quarry and factory in Suizhou, Hubei. From block to packed container, every step stays in our own hands.
The Remaining Steps
- Surface Finishing — polished, flamed, bush-hammered, natural or pineapple, matched across the lot.
- Quality Control & Colour Grading — every panel graded A/B/C for colour, checked for thickness and gloss (≥85°).
- Secure Packing — fumigated timber pallets, reinforced corners, in-container bracing.
- Container Loading & Export — photo-documented loading with invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and quality report.
